Hospitality & Tourism

This class will introduce students to regional U.S. cuisines through topics related to careers in the hospitality and tourism industry (specifically culinary skills/food service, travel agency procedures, airline reservation systems, public relations, hotel/motel registration systems and services, conference and convention planning, and recreation).
