Art I

This is a beginning level secondary art class that will include but not be limited to drawing still-life, landscape, animals and human forms.  Art appreciation and basic design will also be introduced.  Realism will be stressed as a final product format.  The skills needed to use pencil, ink, and charcoal will be addressed.  Art history will be addressed, as well as introductory clay hand building and the use of sketchbooks.
