Biology

Biology is an NCAA Approved Core Course where students will understand the scientific method, safety techniques in all lab experiences, relationships between organic compounds and living organisms, basic principles of cytology, principles of reproduction, basic anatomy, physiology, taxonomy of the six kingdoms, basic ecological relationships, and current scientific happenings. The student will demonstrate knowledge of laboratory safety techniques as described during the various laboratory activities.
