A.P. Biology is an NCAA Approved Core Course where students will study the unique properties of living organisms. The student will understand the chemical basis of life, cellular biology, heredity/genetics, and evolution. The student will study the unique properties of all animals, know and be able to apply basic scientific process, the ecological approach, and how to do research and conduct experiments. The goal is for students to position themselves to take the A.P. Biology exam. Enrollment limits may apply and students must maintain a B- average.
